CSK Global IAS Academy is dedicated to offering guidance for Civil Services Examinations conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and various state Public Service Commissions. We aim to expand our services to other educational areas, including school and college classes, and additional competitive exams such as NET, TET, CET, and CLAT, conducted by organizations like NTA, CRA, SSC, and RRB.

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern the use of the services made available at (https://cskglobaliasacademy.com) (hereinafter the “CSK Global IAS Website”) and any associated online platforms where our services may be availed (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Platform”). We ask you to review these Terms of Use thoroughly before utilizing our Platform, as it governs your use of all applications, products, websites, and services managed by CSK Global IAS Academy.

In these Terms of Use:

• “You,” “Your,” “User,” and similar terms refer to any individual accessing or subscribing to the services on our Platform, whether through computers, tablets, or other devices.

Platform Specificity

These Terms of Use are specifically for the CSK Global IAS Academy Platform and do not extend to any similar or related platforms. Terms and conditions may differ across other platforms and websites, and CSK Global IAS Academy is not responsible for the Terms of Use of any third-party websites or services.

User Experience

By accessing or using our services, you trust us to deliver high-quality educational support and a smooth, hassle-free experience. These Terms of Use outline user responsibilities, standards, and expectations to ensure a beneficial relationship for both parties involved.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using the CSK Global IAS Academy platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us and accept the Terms of Use stated herein. Whether you visit the Platform or utilize any of our services, these Terms of Use apply, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to abide by them. If you disagree with these Terms, please discontinue accessing our Platform.
   In consideration of your use of the CSK Global IAS Academy Website, you agree:
   

• To provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself to generate login credentials.
• This is to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements for any course you subscribe to.
• To maintain and promptly update your login credentials as needed.
• To acknowledge that CSK Global IAS Academy is not responsible for verifying your eligibility.
• To obtain parental or guardian consent if you are a minor before providing any personal information.

Additionally, we reserve the right to amend our content regularly to keep our Platform aligned with evolving educational standards. We may also update study materials, including test series, videos, and notes, in yearly editions, with no guarantee that past editions’ content will remain accessible.

2.  Eligibility
   Only those “competent to contract” under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are eligible to register on the CSK Global IAS Academy Platform. Minors may use the Platform or our services only if a legal guardian or parent consents and agrees to these Terms on their behalf. Registration and the status of a “Subscribed User” require a paid subscription, subject to completing the registration form with all mandatory fields and submitting identity proof if requested.
3.  Services of CSK Global IAS Academy
   Full access to our course content is available only to Subscribed Users. The scope of services includes online tutorials, study materials, and content exclusive to paid subscriptions. We may revise our offerings, fees, and subscription plans, which are outlined upon choosing or updating your subscription. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify or terminate access to your account with or without notice.
4.  Subscriber Account, Password, and Security
   Creating an account requires submitting a valid email or phone number and a secure password, which you are responsible for maintaining. In case of a security breach, use the “Forgot Password” feature to update your credentials.
   
5.  Third Parties
   We may integrate third-party platforms within our Website or Learning App and may share your information with them to deliver our services. Use of such third-party platforms is subject to their terms and conditions.
6.  Payment Terms
   Payments to CSK Global IAS Academy are subject to applicable terms displayed at the time of payment. In the case of pricing errors, we will notify you of the correct amount. We use third-party payment gateways, and CSK Global IAS Academy is not responsible for issues arising from payment failures. Access to our tutorials depends on successful payment. Non-payment may result in the suspension of services.
7. Disclaimer Regarding Study Materials

Definition of Study Materials: The term “Study Materials” includes videos, test series, notes, and other electronic learning materials provided for specific topics by CSK Global IAS Academy. Occasionally, at our discretion, soft copies of video lecture documents may be made available to Subscribed Users. Access to Study Materials is granted after all terms and conditions are met, and upon successful subscription.

Accuracy of Study Materials: CSK Global IAS Academy does not guarantee or claim that the Study Materials, whether in demo or subscribed versions, are completely error-free.

MCQ Content: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) provided are part of the Study Materials, including those in test series and notes. Content, including MCQ sets, may be updated, added, or removed periodically without prior notice, solely at CSK Global IAS Academy’s discretion.

No Guaranteed Results: CSK Global IAS Academy does not guarantee a specific rank, score, or professional advantage from using its Study Materials and platform.

Content Updates and Editions: We reserve the right to modify and update all Study Materials to reflect the latest educational practices. Revisions may occur yearly, semi-annually, or monthly as new “Editions.” Once a new Edition is released, prior content or features may not be accessible.

Faculty Changes: CSK Global IAS Academy holds the right to change faculty or tutors at any time without prior notification to users.

8. Online Subscription and Access Terms

Subscription Scope: Study materials and video tutorials are provided as per the description of the selected subscription model. Access to purchased services is granted following a confirmation email and is valid for a specified duration. CSK Global IAS Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Personal Use of Subscription: Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Users may not share, sell, or grant others access to Study Materials. Unauthorized access or resale will result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.

9. System Requirements

User Responsibility: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the mobile device, tablet, computer, or any other device used to access the subscription meets the minimum system requirements specified by CSK Global IAS Academy.

Technical Issues: CSK Global IAS Academy is not liable for any technical difficulties, including but not limited to video playback issues, arising from the user’s device compatibility after the subscription begins.

Minimum System Requirements: For optimal experience, we recommend using the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox browsers. These specifications are based on user experience but do not guarantee seamless operation due to potential unforeseeable technical challenges.

10. Modifications to Subscription

Right to Modify: CSK Global IAS Academy reserves the right to modify, enhance, or issue clarifications for subscription services, which may include changes to service offerings, service quantity, pricing, or subscription validity.

User Notification: Changes may be implemented with or without notifying the user, who agrees to be bound by all modifications and amendments.

Edition Updates: These updates are termed “Editions” and may occur periodically. Previous editions’ content or features may not be accessible after a new edition is released.

11. Technical Support and Access

No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service: CSK Global IAS Academy does not warrant that subscription services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limited Support Obligation: Technical support is only provided as part of the subscribed plan. CSK Global IAS Academy is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by:

•  Internet operations, viruses, firewall restrictions, telecommunications issues, browser updates, or DRM protocol restrictions.

Minimum System Standards: Technical difficulties arising from a user’s device not meeting system standards (as outlined in Section 9) are beyond CSK Global IAS Academy’s responsibility.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities

Network and Device Liability: CSK Global IAS Academy disclaims liability for issues caused by network or internet service providers, device manufacturer DRM protocol failures, or unauthorized interference, such as viruses or hacking.

Third-Party Platforms: Content hosted on third-party platforms is subject to that platform’s terms, conditions, and policies in addition to CSK Global IAS Academy’s terms.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSK Global IAS Academy and its representatives aggregate liability for services provided is limited to payments received and retained by CSK Global IAS Academy. Non-subscribed users are not entitled to claims of liability.

13. Disclaimer of Services

Guidance and Recommendations: CSK Global IAS Academy provides suggestions and recommendations on its platform solely for users’ consideration, helping them prepare for the UPSC Civil Services Exam and various state Public Service Commission exams. Users can choose to follow these at their discretion.

Service Scope Expansion: CSK Global IAS Academy offers resources tailored for civil service exams and plans to extend services to other educational areas, including school and college courses and competitive exams like NET, TET, CET, and CLAT, among others, with customized guidance and support.

14. Data Protection

Data Use Consent: CSK Global IAS Academy will handle any data received from users or held about users as outlined in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms, users consent to the academy’s usage of their data as specified in these policies.

Surveys and Data Sharing: The Academy may conduct surveys to assess its services and gather demographic data. Aggregated, non-personal information may be shared with third parties. Users’ participation and data are used in line with the academy’s Privacy Policy.

15. No Sharing – Fair Usage Policy

Account Use Restrictions: Each CSK Global IAS Academy account is strictly for single-user access. Sharing account details, whether for personal or commercial use, will result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

Fair Usage Hours: The academy monitors each user’s activity against fair usage guidelines, defined per course. Exceeding these limits will trigger an investigation. Additional factors are tracked to detect unauthorized sharing.

Policy Violation: Any breach of this policy will be considered a significant violation, granting CSK Global IAS Academy the right to take legal action, including permanent account suspension, without prior notification.

16. Prohibited Conduct

Platform Usage Restrictions: Users must not host, display, upload, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform’s content. Actions such as copying, reverse engineering, or disseminating platform materials are strictly prohibited without explicit prior permission from CSK Global IAS Academy.

Content and Conduct Violations: The Academy prohibits activities involving unauthorized access or use of content that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy, or is otherwise harmful, abusive, or illegal. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, items that are harassing, defamatory, racially or ethnically objectionable, or that contain malware or other harmful software.

Prohibited Actions in Study Material Handling: Users are prohibited from posting, transmitting, or making study materials available on any other platforms without written approval from the academy. Additionally, users must not mirror, record, or redistribute study materials in any form that benefits them commercially or engages in piracy.

Breach of Terms: Violations of these clauses are considered severe breaches, and CSK Global IAS Academy reserves the right to pursue any legal action allowed under the law to address these violations.

17. Termination or Suspension of Account for Illegal Activities or Suspicion

In the event of suspected illegal or prohibited activity, CSK Global IAS Academy reserves the right to suspend your account immediately. If necessary, we may restrict future access to the Platform indefinitely. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription we believe may be compromised or used fraudulently, at our sole discretion, with no financial liability to the user.

Accounts may be suspended or permanently blocked under the following circumstances (this list is not exhaustive):

• Engagement in suspicious activities;
•  Use of unauthorized devices such as rooted or jailbroken devices, emulators, screen-casting, or screen-recording tools;
•  Sharing or recording of platform content using external devices;
• Distributing CSK Global IAS Academy screenshots or content on social media or other platforms;
• Sharing of CSK Global IAS Academy login credentials;
• Usage on multiple devices beyond the permitted personal device(s);
• Abusive behavior towards the platform or academy faculty;
• Attempting to sell CSK Global IAS Academy accounts or content.

18. Preservation/Disclosure of Information

You agree that CSK Global IAS Academy may access, preserve, and disclose your account information as required by law or as deemed necessary to:

•  Comply with legal processes within or outside India;
•  Enforce these terms and conditions;
• Respond to claims of third-party rights violations;
• Protect the rights, property, and safety of CSK Global IAS Academy and the public.

19. Security Components

The Platform incorporates security features designed to safeguard study materials and digital content. You agree not to attempt to disable, bypass, or interfere with these security protocols.

20. Proprietary Rights

All material on the CSK Global IAS Academy Platform—including text, images, graphics, videos, software, and other content—is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal license to use the platform for non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited.

21. CSK Global IAS Academy and Third-Party Content

Tutors on the Platform are independent experts responsible for the content provided in their tutorials. Although CSK Global IAS Academy reviews its content, we do not warrant its accuracy or currency. Links to external websites are provided for convenience, and CSK Global IAS Academy is not liable for third-party content or actions.

22. Intellectual Property Rights

Your license to access the CSK Global IAS Academy Platform and its study materials is strictly limited to personal use on registered devices. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is a violation of these terms.

23. Terms and Termination

Your subscription remains in effect as long as you use the platform. You may terminate your account by contacting Technical Support. CSK Global IAS Academy may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with no obligation to refund fees.

24. Exclusions and Limitations

The Platform is intended for use within India, and users from other regions do so at their own risk. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, these terms still apply as far as legally permissible.

25. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CSK Global IAS Academy and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

26. Additional Terms

CSK Global IAS Academy may modify, suspend, or discontinue services without notice. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CSK Global IAS Academy.
