Born, educated, and raised in Pudukottai, Mr. Chithrai has always harbored a deep desire to serve society for the greater good. To systematize and expand his goodwill and charitable efforts, he established the CSK Global IAS Academy.

Prof. Dr. E. Balagurusamy, Chairman of the EBG Foundation in Coimbatore, has been a driving force behind the creation and success of CSK Global IAS Academy. His invaluable guidance and unwavering support have been crucial to our establishment.
Prof. Balagurusamy’s distinguished career includes roles as a Member of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and Vice-Chancellor of Anna University. Currently, he contributes as a Member of the Tamil Nadu Government’s High-Level Committee on School Education and Chairman of the Committee for Developing Textbooks on Science and Technology.
His profound expertise in technical education, public service, and ethical learning forms the backbone of our academy’s mission. We deeply appreciate his ongoing involvement and mentorship, which have been pivotal in our academy’s growth and success.

Mr. R. Karpoora Sundarapandian IAS(R)
Advisory Board Member
Mr. R. Karpoora Sundarapandian, a retired IAS officer with over three decades of distinguished service, has contributed in establishing and supporting CSK Global IAS Academy. His impressive career includes roles such as Special Commissioner and Additional Secretary in the Rehabilitation Department, Secretary for Tamil Development and Religious Endowments, and Special Commissioner for Agriculture.
His leadership extends to Chairman & Managing Director of Industries Promotion Corporation Ltd and Managing Director of Water Resources and Rural Development. With extensive training in Programme Implementation and Ethical Issues in Administration, Mr. Sundarapandian’s expertise is profound.
Beyond his administrative achievements, Mr. Sundarapandian is also the author of the notable book ‘Naan Kanda MGR’. He has been pivotal in mentoring numerous students who have become IAS and IPS officers. His guidance has been crucial in shaping the academy’s vision and success, making him a cornerstone of CSK Global IAS Academy’s achievements.

Mr. M. Ponnuswamy IRS(R)

Mr. M. Ponnuswamy, an esteemed officer who commenced his illustrious career in the Indian Revenue Service in 1983, has been pivot in the development of CSK Global IAS Academy. His illustrious career spans pivotal positions across the Customs, Central Excise, and Service Tax departments, including serving as Commissioner in major cities and leading the National Academy of Customs, Excise & Narcotics. Additionally, he served as Consul (Economic and Education) at the Consulate General of India, Dubai, where he gained valuable international experience.
Shri. Ponnuswamy’s expertise in GST, Customs, Anti-dumping duties, EXIM policies, and FEMA/PMLA cases has made him a leading figure in taxation and policy. Recognized for his exceptional contributions, he was honored with the Presidential Award for Specially Distinguished Record of Service.
Currently, as a Master Trainer for GST, visiting faculty at prominent institutions, and Chairman of the Taxation Committee for ASSOCHAM in Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, Shri. Ponnuswamy continues to guide India’s taxation landscape. As a valued advisor to CSK Global IAS Academy, his leadership and mentorship are instrumental in shaping our future leaders.

Dr. M. Senthur Pandian
Director of CSK Global IAS Academy
A University Rank holder from Madurai Kamaraj University, Dr. Pandian holds multiple advanced degrees including M.A. in History, English Literature, and Political Science, along with M.Phil and Ph.D. He has served as a lecturer, professor, and head of the Department of History at Government Arts College (Autonomous), Coimbatore, and has been actively involved in various IAS coaching academies.
Dr. Pandian is also a respected education consultant and has been a member of various academic committees and selection panels. His contributions include over 30 published research articles and the creation of six Ph.D. holders and over 40 M.Phil graduates. Known for his ability to simplify complex subjects, he continues to be a guiding force in competitive exam coaching and academic excellence.
